Happy thought ! This really called my attention, very interesting read, I want to share with you guys, that happy thought makes you feel happy, when you change the way you live your life for a healthy life, you become a more positive person, happy thoughts makes you a happy person, and that, by personal experience, I can tell you it makes you see the world with a different perspective, (makes the bad nights I am having at the moments, because of a new little baby, seam like something that is not gonna last forever! (if you ever new me before, the fact that I am saying this is because I have changed a lot hahahahah)) So, when a bad though try to sneak in your mind, just think this phrase, happy though makes me feel happy! and you will see that life changes color!!

Un mail que me llego este fin de semana, me llamo la atencion y queria compartilo con vosotros, que cuando tienes pensamientos de felicidad, te hacen ser una persona mas feliz, y cuando cambias tu vida a una vida saludable, te vuelves una persona mas positiva, sera porque tienes mas energia? Por experiencia personal puedo decir que ves el mundo desde una otra perspectiva, hacen que las malas noches que estoy pasando por culpa de mi bebita no parezcan tan malas! (si me hubieras conocido antes, el hecho que este diciendo esto es porque estoy cambiando ajajajaj) Asi que cuando un pensamiento negativo trate de infiltrarse en tu mente, piensa en esta frase, pensamientos de alegria me hace ser una persona mas feliz! y veras coomo el mundo lo veras con otro color!
